The scene opens up on a lively restaurant, what seems to be a hearty atmosphere. Families, friends, all together as they eat their meals. We see the footsteps of a man, as he approaches the counter. The camera slowly rises, showing the various chicken meals and offers. The camera finally settles, as the man turns and winks to show himself.
Bryan Williams.
The 4CW Pride champion, his title gleefully clinging to his right shoulder. He’s got a bright smile on his face, almost matching the sunny disposition of the fast food place itself. The female employee greets Bryan as he approaches the counter.
The camera switches to behind the counter, as Bryan greets the fast food employee.
”Hey there, can I speak to your manager please?”
“Oh, is something wrong?”
Bryan smiles.
”No worries, just wanted to talk to him real quick.”
“Sure, give me one moment.”
The employee leaves, as Bryan looks towards the camera. His smile still on display, slowly begins to turn sour. The restaurant begins to get dark, the patrons begin to worry and complain in the background.
”Hello Blaise. I know you’re watching this now.”
Bryan looks around, most of the people are trying not to freak out. Others do.
”You thought, you thought this was a nice little commercial. A new little chicken place to check out one day. Full of delicious meals, and appealing deals. You’re wrong, because I’m here now. I’m here to ruin your little fun.
I’m here to be the dark cloud that hangs over, high above. Never leaving, never changing. The fifth is supposed to be a celebration, but you will be doing anything but that.”
The patrons are mostly terrified now, some begin to scream in the background.
”You might have been expecting a well desired match, some competition to grow your stature. I’m here to tell you that you’re sorely mistaken, Pollomania is not the place for you. This is not what you desire, you have stumbled upon your own downfall.
I get it though, you see an opportunity like this and you jump. It’s why I was asking for an opponent, I needed somebody to make an example of. You willingly walk in, and then I force you to see the truth. I force you to see what comes next.”
Many customers begin to bang on the windows, some try the doors with no luck. Bryan looks back, and laughs.
”I’m going to show everyone exactly what I mean, in three days. This is not a celebration, this is a day of reckoning. Blaise Fader will fall at my hands. You expected a show, but you’re going to get a slaughter.
Fitting, for where we are. It’s only in our nature, to destroy and cause havoc. Do what you can, nothing can truly prepare you for what is to come...”
The camera seems to settle back behind Bryan, as the employee walks back into frame. She looks confused, and begins to look at where Bryan is staring at.
“Sir?”
Bryan snaps out of his trance, his eyes focusing back on the employee. Things return to normal, the upbeat vibe once again returning into the restaurant. Customers sit back down, enjoying their food like nothing was out of the ordinary.
The employee looks on in confusion.
“Umm ...what is going on here?”
”Oh, nothing. Just trying to figure out what I want to order. Did you find your manager?”
The employee looks on cautiously, apprehensive to Bryan.
“No ...she stepped out for a moment.”
Bryan smiles.
”That’s okay, I’ll be seeing her soon enough…”
The employee looks on, as Bryan walks away. The camera pans to the left slightly, a picture hangs on the wall.
Pollomania Manager of the Month.
Blaise Fader.
“Seriously, guys. What the heck is going on here?”
The employee’s voice is the last thing we hear, as the scene fades to black.
