- Super Pollo briefly addressed the kidnapping of El Hijo de Pollo by a tribe of Bigfoots, saying it was a dark cloud over what he felt was an otherwise good start to Pollomania. When asked to further comment on the kidnapping, Soup claimed to have been in contact with the Bigfoots following the event and described them as pretty rational beings and hoped that Hijo would be able to be equally rational dealing with them. He declined to say what their motive was.
- When questioned about the acquisition of TATSU Pro, he claimed it was El Senor's idea. The two had spoken on the phone late last week, then met in person at the Pollo Hall in Vegas on Monday night before announcing the deal on Tuesday morning. He confiirmed that they would be bringing over the Supremo Championship to serve as Pollomania's top singles title and that the Tres Galaxies trios tournament would still go on as planned in San Diego, but only a few days earlier than TATSU Pro had planned it. He asked reporters to hold their questions regarding the tournament itself for El Senor when he holds a press conference of his own.
- He then briefly touched the subject of talent acquisitions and said they gave anyone in TATSU Pro who didn't want to come to Pollomania an out clause. He was happy about the talent they had signed saying he was a big fan of them all, and hoped to see them succeed.
- When asked about the tag titles, Super Pollo claimed there were no current plans to introduce them just yet. He even went on to say that if the Tres Galaxies tournament was a huge success that he might even consider trios titles, but stressed that it was only a thought.
- A reporter asked why a 30 year veteran in Nirvana was wrestling in the opening match at CHEWED UP on 8/26, Pollo shook his head and told him there was no scheduled match order just yet.
- A question was raised about the frequency of titles being defended. Soup noted that the Supremo championship was to be defended every week in TATSU Pro and declined to say if they would have it defended on every Pollomania card, but did say he would like to see all Supremo Championship matches be the best of three falls. When asked about the Scramble Championship, Soup joked about making it a 24/7 title.
