“Reborn” by Lord opens the show and the camera scans the live, screaming crowd as we go to our hosts at ringside.
TMG Moose Jaw, Broadview, Moosomin too. Runnin' back to Saskatoon! Greetings everyone and welcome from the SaskTel Centre here in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As always, I’m That Masked Guy, El Hombre Enmasarado, and alongside me once again, is my partner-in-crime, Capt Fizz!
CAPT FIZZ Careful, Loco, your showing your age with that music quote.
TMG The Guess Who is one of the greatest bands Canada has ever produced, but we’re not here to discuss my taste in music. We’ve got a loaded show tonight, ladies and gentlemen. The quarterfinals of the Buck U Cup will conclude tonight with Kaden Night vs Paulie Rod and Faititili vs Jin Hirai. Then in the main event we’ll see Anna Mathews makes her fifth defense of the Estrel Medal when she faces the only other person to have held that champions, Talia Areano. Plus we understand Jan van der Roost has sent into a message.
CAPT FIZZ That should be interesting, Hammerstein utterly destroyed him last week. You’ve got to wonder if he’s going to be in any shape to compete at the “The Bucking Finale” in three weeks.
TMG Speaking of which, we’ll have an announcement about our the finale later in the program, but it’s time for our opening match. You might have noticed that Eli Buchanan isn’t with us right now. This Thursday night he has a huge match for our sister company, Lion’s Road, and he’s requested a tune up match here tonight. So, let’s head to the ring.

ELI BUCHANAN vs THE TECHNICIAN *Ten Minute Time Limit* Before the match The Technician demands that this bout be for the Pollomania Super Crown. The commentators point out that he is a well travelled competitor and frequent tag team partner of Eli’s former client, “Iron” Mack Brody. Eli makes his way down to the ring and reminds The Technician and everyone in attendance that Tiger Mask Red is the Super Crown Champion, and he’s never putting that mask back on. The Technician continues to goad him until Eli agrees to put the title on the line. Referee Jose Doe calls for the bell and the match begins. The two competitors lock up and The Technician immediately hits a hip toss take over and behaves like he just won the whole match. Eli claps politely before getting to his feet. They lock up once again and The Technician ducks under and grabs Eli with a rear waist lock. He lifts him up and drops him face down on the mat, then slaps Eli across the back of the head and jumping to his feet. Eli gets to his feet once more, rubbing his head and fuming. Meanwhile The Technician is once again bragging the match is in the bag. Eli sneaks up behind him and grabs him in a rear waist lock and hits a release German suplex. The Technician scrambles to his feet and gets caught with a overhead belly-to-belly suplex and The Technician rolls to the arena floor. Jose Doe begins the count. Eli tries to go after his opponent but the referee pushes him back and tells him stand back and turns around to continue the count. Meanwhile Eli slides out on the opposite side of the ring and runs around to go after The Technician. Tech sees him coming and tries to catch him with a big left hand but Eli ducks and hits The Technician across the chest with a knife-edge chop. Eli Buchanan hits him with a second chop across the chest, then rolls him into the ring. He’s about to follow him in, when something catches Eli’s attention, someone has placed a bouquet of flowers and That Masked Guy is quick to point out that they’re red spider lilies, the same kind of flowers that have been sent recent to Eli and Jin Hirai in recent weeks. Confused, Eli rolls back into the ring. Tech immediately jumps on him with an elbow to the back and stomps away at him before Jose Doe makes him back off and allow Eli Buchanan to his feet. The minute Eli is up, The Technician kicks him square in the breadbasket and scooping him up, slams him to the mat. Tech raps one of his huge arms under Eli’s chin and attempts to wear him down with the reverse chin lock. He pulls Eli down flush on his back, looking for a pin attempt, but Eli Buchanan kicks out at one. The Technician pulls Eli to his feet and into a front chancery. He lifts Eli up with a stalling vertical suplex before bringing him crashing down to the mat with a gordbuster. He rolls Eli onto his back and goes for a pin. 1… 2… Kick out! Tech jumps to his feet and repeatedly stomps away on Eli’s chest and then drops an elbow before going for another pinfall attempt, again only getting two. Frustrated now Tech pulls Eli to his feet and body slams Eli one more time. He orders Jose Doe to ask Eli Buchanan if he wants to quit. While the referee’s back is turn, The Technician starts kicking the mat with the front of his boot. The commentators point out that this is how he “loads” up his boot with some sort of foreign object and has one many matches with his loaded kick. Jose Doe misses all this asking Eli if he wants to continue but Eli Buchanan shoves him aside. The Technician charges in, looking to catch him him the loaded boot. Eli catches his foot, however, and pulls him forward into a stiff lariat clothesline and both men are down. Jose Doe begins counting them both out. Both men slowly get to their feet, with The Technician up first. He tries to catch Eli with a right hand but Eli blocks it and hit him with a chop. Tech goes for a second punch, which was also blocked and Eli hits him with another chop. Eli delivers a third chop, but Tech pokes him in the eye with his thumb. Doe admonishes him but Tech ignores him. He grabs Eli in a front facelock and signals for the DDT. He delays too long and Eli counters out of the front chancery into an Irish whip and goes for a back body drop. This leaves him open and Tech catches him with the loaded boot as he’s bent over. The kick catches Eli flush in the chest, he stumbles backwards and falls out of the ring, much to The Technician’s frustration. Tech quickly rolls out of the ring and lifting Eli’s limp body up, rolls him back into the ring. He follows him in and goes for the pin. 1… 2… Eli kicks out at the very last second. Tech starts arguing with Doe that the count was too slow. He pulls Eli to hi feet and signals once again for the DDT. He grabs Eli in the front chancery, but Eli counters and instinctively hits a Tiger Suplex before The Technician has an idea what’s happened. 1… 2… 3… WINNER: ELI BUCHANANEli immediately releases the hold and rolls out of the ring. The Technician grabs his masked face with shock, realizing he had that match won if Eli hadn’t fallen out of the ring following the loaded kick. Meanwhile outside the ring Eli makes his way to the back. He stops at the flowers and knocks the display over, before making his exit. TMGEli gets a huge victory here, Cap, but did you see that. He had to resort to using the Tiger Suplex. CAPT FIZZYeah, didn’t he say he was never going to use that move again? TMGI guess desperate times call for desperate measures. The Technician looked to have him there a couple of there but Eli instinctively went back to the move that has one him so many matches in the past. Folks, we'll be back after these messages.

Before the next match, the camera pans the crowd and we spot El Hijo del Pollo in the crowd, with a pair of lovely young ladies. That Masked Guy reminds us that he will be facing AJ Knight this Thursday Night for Lion's Road in a grudge match. BUCK U CUP QUARTERFINAL MATCH PAULIE ROD vs KADEN NIGHT *Ten Minute Time Limit* Paulie Rod attacks Night from behind before the bell even rings, opening up on the flamboyant veteran with kicks and punches. Rod picks up Kaden and bodyslams him in the center of the ring and goes for a quick pin, but Night kicks out at two. The former bouncer pulls the veteran up and goes for a short arm clothesline, but Night drops to a knee, ducking the blow, and dropping Paulie with a sharp forearm shiver. Kaden takes a few steps back, bends over, and blows a kiss at Rod. Paulie jumps to his feet, outraged, and starts to charge Night, but the crafty veteran begins skipping towards the hot blooded Italian American, chasing him around the ring. Paulie jumps out of the ring, with Kaden giving chase. After a lap and a half around the ring, Paulie slides into the ring and catches Night with a headstomp as he enters the ring. Paulie pulls Night up and rocks him with a hard right hand, followed by two more. Rod gives Kaden an armwringer that pushes him down to his knees. Paulie starts messing with Night’s hair, pulling and tugging at it. He begins slapping Kaden on the back of his head, which angers the flamboyant one. With the support of the crowd’s “KADEN” chant, Night fights his way to his feet, and begins unloading on Paulie with vicious right hands that loosen his grip on the armlock and back him against the ropes. Paulie turns into the ropes, his back to his opponent. As the referee steps in to break them up, the purported wise guy mule kicks Night low. Kaden doubles over in pain and is taken to the mat with a double leg takedown. Paulie hooks Kaden's legs, then puts his feet on the ropes as the referee makes the three count. Paulie jumps up and celebrates like he just won the World Heavyweight Championship as the crowd rains down boos on him. The referee is checking on Night when Rod demands that he raise his hand in victory. As the referee does this, Kaden gets up and kicks Paulie right in the meatballs, spins him around and hits the Night Night DDT in the center of the ring. Kaden gets up, skips around Paulie, then takes a bow before leaving the ring. WINNER: and advancing the semifinals, PAULIE ROD

‘Rooster’ begins as the crowd pops then goes silent as Jan van der Roost, wearing a neck brace a patient smock, and a bandage around his forehead, is pushed out in a wheelchair by one of the backstage hands. Jan holds his hand up as the backstage hand gives him a microphone then walks off. “Now I was going to come out here and really sell the beating that Hammerstein gave me last week in Regina and the week before as well. Three chair shots are nothing to laugh at. Neither is a couple stitches in my forehead. Or a piledriver onto a table, especially for a guy who has had his neck broken twice and is this close to having it break on him again.” Jan stands up and rips off the bandage from around his forehead. He tears away at the neck brace and throws it into the crowd, then pulls away the smock, to show a ‘Zombie Roost’ T-Shirt “But as I have told everyone over and over again. The Rooster will not Die. I will face whomever the booking committee puts me in the ring with and I will hold nothing back. And on the 29th, Five others will find out that they will be powerless against a man with nothing to lose and the Pollo Estrel Medal to gain.. And That’s the Way It Is…” Jan slowly places the mic on the floor and walks towards the back.

BUCK U CUP QUARTERFINALS MATCH FAITITILI vs JIN HIRAI *Ten Minute Time Limit* We return from break to find both competitors already in the ring. Jose Doe calls for the bell and the two men shake hands out of a sign of respect. The circle one another and Faititili goes for a collar and elbow tie-up, Jin has other plans however. He holds up a hand and yells that it's dance party time. A funky beat starts playing and Jin breaks out some of his sweet moves (again, I known nothing about dancing so please take my word on it). The crowd cheers as he finishes up and points at Faititili, who breaks out some moves that would make a certain thong-wearing Samoan proud. Just as he finishes up Jin tries to go for a hug kick, but Faititili ducks. He waves a finger at Jin, who only shrugs as if to say "can you blame me?" The two finally lock up and Faititili uses his lower centre of gravity to back Jin up in the corner. Jose Doe calls for the break and Faititli immediately backs away. Jin charges in and Faititili hip tosses him. Jin lands on his feet and goes for a drop kick but the Samoan sidesteps it and goes for a super kick, which Jin counters into a roll-up for a one count. Both me get to their feet, Jin goes for a running clothesline, but Faititili counters into a backslide for a two. Jon rolls through and catches Faitltli with a small package for two. Faititili rolls the move over and gets a two count of his own. Both roll free and get to their feet, fists raised. and the crowd applauds their efforts. The two men shake hands again. Jin tries to pull away but Faititli drags him in and throws him up on his shoulders, looking for a Samoan drop. Jin counters in, hooking the Samoan's arms with his his own and his legs, he manages to pull Faitilitl down and into a crucifix roll-up for a two count. Faititlil breaks free and rolls to his knees, only to eat a kick to the side of the head by a prone Jin Haria. Jin quickly gets to his feet and hits a running drop kick that knocks Faititili out of the ring. Jose Doe warns Jin to stay back as he administers the count, but Jin's not one to wait. He performs a running somersault plancha by leapfrogging over the referee, catching Faititili just as he gets to his feet. Looking to follow up, Jin leaps up on the apron and goes for a leaping clothesline, only to be caught in the with a super kick across the jaw. Faititili tosses him back in the ring and goes for the pin but only gets two. He picks Jin up and throwing him up on his shoulders, hits a Samoan drop and points to the top rope. Jin catches his foot as he makes his way the corner and Faititili has to kick him off. He goes to the top rope but Jin springs to his feet and drop kicks his foot off, causing the Samoan warrior to crotch himself on the top turnbuckle. Jin climbs to the top rope and uses a rana to bring Faititili crashing back into the ring. He quickly climbs back to the top rope, he signals for the Shooting Star Press. His attention is sudden diverted to a cloaked figure on the stage, carrying the same bouquet of red spider lilies from earlier. Realising he's wasting time, Jin turns his sights back on his downed opponent and goes for "Welcome to Jamrock", but catches both knees from Faititili in the stomach. Unaware of what caused the distraction, Faititili climbs to the top rope and comes flying off with a huge splash. 1... 2... 3... Faititli's hand is soon raised in victory. He exits the ring and makes his way to the back. WINNER: and advancing to the semifinals, FAITITLIMeanwhile the cloaked figure has already made his way down to ringside and enters the ring just as Jin makes it to his feet. The figure hands the flowers to Jin, who looks confused at them, then back at the cloaked figure. Green mist suddenly shoots out from beneath the hood, catching Jin right in the eyes. He falls to the mat, cletching at his face and scream as the hooded figure removes his hood. It's Max J competitor, GRIM! CAPT FIZZHoly shit! What's he doing here? TMGSuddenly all this makes sense. I've just been told that red spider lilies are used to symbolise death in Japan. Several officials and EMTs make their way down to the ring. Eli Buchanan comes out with them. He slides into the ring to confront GRIM, but the Japanese wrestler has already made his exit and has hopped over the barricade. As the camera fades to commercial we're left to wonder exactly what this is all been about.

We return from break to find a familiar face on the screen.
DAVE FLYNN Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is David Flynn and I am Buck u Productions Vice President of Wrestling Talent Relations. First off I would like to thank Pollo Bucket for allowing us to host our companies Buck U Cup on this revival of Pollomania. So far it has been a huge success for all parties involved and we at Buck U are looking forward to further collaborations with Pollo Bucket in the years to come.
This brings me to this series' last show, "The Bucking Finale", which will air in three weeks time from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Not only will we crown the winner of the inaugural Buck U Cup, but tt's my honour and privilege to announce that the main event on that evening will feature the Pollo Estrel Medal being defended for the first time in a featuring six competitors. Not only that, but it will also be a Ladder Match! The Pollo Estrel Medal will be hung fifteen feet above the ring and the only way to retrieve it will be climbing a ladder.
On behalf of Buck U Productions and Pollomania I would like to wish all the competitors in the ladder match the best of luck. I will be back next week to reveal more matches planned for "The Bucking Finale" plus some special information involving the Buck U Cup. Until then, thank you for tuning in and I hand the show back over to That Masked Guy and Capt Fizz at ringside.

TMGA ladder match! Oh my, isn't that going to be something huge! CAPT FIZZYeah, but how many of the competitors are going to make it to "The Bucking Finale"? This was just handed down to us, next week will feature a tag team match with Hammerstein and Jan van der Roost will face off against Blaise Fader and whoever loses here in the main event. And get this! Whoever walks into next week's show in Thunder Bay as Estrel Medal Champion will be the referee for that match before going on to defend the championship against later in the night. The camera turns to a view of the crowd and there's yet another special quest sitting in the front row. TMGAnd it will be that man right there, James Edwards, who will have the honour to be the last competitor to challenge for the Pollo Estrel Medal before "The Bucking Finale". Let's go to the ring and find out who it is.
POLLO ESTREL MEDAL MATCH ANNA MATHEWS(c) vs TALIA AREANO *20 Minute Time Limit* Both competitors make their way to the ring and the referee, Smalltooth Jones gives them their instructions before calling for the bell. Talia offers a handshake, but Anna's in no mood for pleasantries tonight. She kicks her hand away and immediately hits a Boomerfly Kick and goes for a cover. The crowd pops as she goes for the cover. 1... 2... Talia manages to kick out but it's clear her bell was rung pretty badly. Anna pulls her to her feet and hits Areano with a series of kicks finished up with a vicious roundhouse. She quickly ascends the top rope and goes for the "Cake or Death?" corkscrew shooting star legdrop. Talia has just enough sense to roll out of the way and Anna crashes to the mat. Both women are slow to their feet but Talia gets up first. She hits a running spear take down. Up more quickly this time she waits for Anna to rise and catches her with a running bulldog and follows up with a standing moonsault. She goes for the cover but only gets two. Back to her feet she signals for her sliding forearm strike. She waits for Anna to sit up and comes rushing in but eats a kick to the face as Anna catches her sliding in. Dazed, Talia Areano gets up to one knee and is caught completely unaware by Anna as she does a step-up into the Darkside of the Moon triangle choke. Talia tries to hold on as Anna holds on for dear life, but she's got nowhere to go and taps after a few seconds. WINNER: and still Pollo Estrel Medal Champion, ANNA MATHEWSAnna grabs the Estrel Medal from Smalltooth Jones, who raises her hand in victory. Meanwhile, James Edwards stands and applauds. The show goes off the air, with Anna standing on the top rope pointing at Edwards, challenging him to do what now six other people have not been able to do.
