AIN'T NO PARTY LIKE A POLLO PARTY
Dancing eggs! That's right! Dancing eggs adorn the stage as the Pollovision screen lights up and pyro goes off! The fans are wild for this! Chicago, Illinois welcomes the arrival of Super Pollo who bows and opens by saying he wishes El Hijo de Pollo was here to see this. A sombre moment made a bit ridiculous by the eggs, who keep on dancing. The PMLL President introduces a video package, highlights of Hammerstein and Eli Buchanan from Lion's Road, MLWA and MAXIMUM. Pollo says he's not putting his referees at risk trying to keep these guys contained to a ring - it's falls count anywhere in the main event! Hammer is shown seated in a metal folding chair, head down staring at the World's Heavyweight Championship while Buchanan finishes tightening his laces and hops back and forth, loosening up.

LIAM RICHARDSON & MILES WATSON vs. VERONICA TAYLOR & BIANCA DAVIS
1 FALL TO A FINISH - 10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
PMLL's first ever event kicked off with a tag team match featuring Shoot 2 Kill against the Pretty Committee. A middleweight (Richardson) and a welterweight (Watson) in S2K against two lightweights in PC. The two women tried to dictate who would start the match opposite them - asking for the ugly one. Richardson and Watson looked at each other, wondering who they were referring to... and when Popcorn Pollo, referee in charge asked them to clarify - they simply attacked! Caught off the guard by the Pearl Harbor job, S2K found themselves on the mat being stomped away on. The Committee forced Richardson out to the floor and left Watson, the smaller of the two inside the ring. They pulled him to his feet and shot him off the ropes, he ducked underneath their double lariat attempt and rebounded into a handspring. He tried for a spinning kick, but the ladies ducked it and forced the dimiunitive Pollo to take cover. Taylor and Davis hoisted Watson up and threw him onto Richardson on the floor, which would've been a DQ if Pollo wasn't getting back to his feet. Watson hurried to help Richardson up, but T & D came flying through the ropes with stereo topeis to take out the men!
Later in the match after the action had got back into the ring and the sides had figured out the one in, one out aspect - Taylor and Davis were keeping the tags frequent. So during the ten second grace period, Davis had Watson sized up and went for the Coronation - a Shining Wizard. However, Watson caught her and brought her up for a powerbomb. Thinking on her feet, Taylor rushed to put her hands on Davis' back and prevent her from being driven into the mat. This allowed Davis to hammer some shots away on the man known as the Technical Gift. He backed up into his corner, Richardson tagged in and delivered a shot to Davis. Watson powerbombed her into the mat, Richardson bounced off the ropes - SENTON KICK as she sat up! Watson played guard as Pollo counted the 1-2-3.
Taylor shrieked in frustration, telling Pollo he should have to count to five or six because his arms are too short and thus it was a fast count! Watson and Richardson hugged on the outside and told the cameras that PMLL better take notice of the hottest young tag team!

JUSTIN SEVILLE vs. JACK DANIELSON
2 FALLS TO A FINISH - 6 x 5 MINUTE ROUNDS
JUSTIN SEVILLE vs. JACK DANIELSON
2 FALLS TO A FINISH - 6 x 5 MINUTE ROUNDS
Justin Seville cut a promo, saying a snake waits for the right moment to strike. He admitted that he's been out of action and out of mind, but his name will be back on people's lips when they carry Jack Danielson out in a neck brace. Danielson tells Seville that the last time there was a snake in his back yard he killed it and ate it. He says is one of the reasons he became a wrestler. He was on his last tour of Iraq, he saw Seville versus his brother and thought if Seville could do it, that means anyone can. He reminds Justin that this isn't Lions Road, but Jack will still give him a 21 Saludo del Arma for his troubles.
The match started slow with the first round consisting entirely of chain wrestling. The second round kicked up a bit more, Danielson managed to one up Seville on a few of the exchanges and the Cottonmouth responded with a slap. JD got riled up and Seville stuck himself between the ropes, forcing referee Darnell Cane to hold the 27 year old rookie back. Seville spent the rest of round 2 similarly antagonizing him. Round 3 started with Seville disrespecting Danielson at every turn, locking him in a side headlock and slapping him. Danielson got fed up and tried for a rolling elbow, but Seville caught him with a kick first. Doubled over, Danielson was yanked into position for a piledriver but backdropped Seville in response! Jibaro Americano tries to haul Seville up to his feet and hastily powerbomb him, but Seville countered with a facebuster! He rolled out of the ring as the round concluded, taking a stroll during the rest period.
Danielson egged him back on as round four began, telling Seville to get his ass back inside. The Cottonmouth starts to get back inside, but Danielson clearly gets too close for his liking so he drops back to the floor and chuckles. "Americano" has had enough! He exits the ring, unbeknownst to Seville and delivers a forearm to the back of the head, Seville falls down to his knees and Danielson plays to the Chicago crowd before trying to pull Seville to his feet. No such luck, so he delivers a couple forearm clubs and tries again... he clutches him in a side chancery and tries to bring him back close to the ring... only to be run into the ring post! Jack Danielson goes down! Seville rolls back inside the ring and orders the referee to start counting, Danielson is shown on the floor - bloodied up from the shot and trying to regain his bearings as the ten count reaches six. At eight, Danielson grabs the middle rope and begins to pull himself up... so Seville shoves Darnell Cane aside and hoofs Danielson in the chest with a kick, sending him back to the floor. He exits, then grabs JD up...
PILEDRIVER ON THE ARENA FLOOR!
Seville gives one of the most sadistic smiles you'll see after the impact, then tells Cane to count to a hundred if he wants to. He grabs a steel chair and throws it under the bottom rope, slides in and sets it up - sitting and counting along with Cane as Danielson is counted out.

EL TEMERARIO vs. IRON ORCA
1 FALL TO A FINISH - 6 x 5 MINUTE ROUNDS
There was a picture-in-picture promo for both men during entrances. Iron Orca said that the Middleweight division is dangerous water and he'll establish himself as the ultimate predator while El Temerario said tonight is about redemption. His career is Mexico was on point, but his brief foray into the US and Canada in 2017 gave him nothing noteworthy - he wants to take the Middleweight title back to Mexico and show his family!
The two begins the match with a traditional collar and elbow tie-up, keeping things simple for the first round. In the second round, Orca cheap shots after a break up against the ropes and business picked up from there. Orca countered a bulldog attempt into a slam, gaining the advantage. Orca raked the eyes, then took to ripping the mask - Smalltooth Jones told the rudo that such actions could result in a DQ! Orca tried to go back on the tap after a brief argument, but Temerario caught him with a kick that staggered him! The Lucha Daredevil rushed to his feet and twirled around Orca's body, twisting into an Octopus hold but time ran down in the round before a decision could be rendered.
Clutching his arm as round three begins, Temerario targets it repeatedly in the early moments. The Lucha Daredevil wrings the arm of Orca and tries to climb up and walk the ropes, but Orca yanks him down and gets him with a small package... but only gets two! Orca gets back up and is furious! He begins trying to clamp on the choke sleeper at every turn - eventually getting it secured. Temerario manages to reach into his reserves and backs Orca up into the corner turnbuckles, freeing himself. Temerario turns around, grabs Orca and tries to whip him out. Orca reverses it and doubles over, looking for a back body drop. Temerario leaps up, double stomps Orca in the back of the head and rolls away. He gets up on the apron, leaps up onto the ropes and hits a beautiful high cross body block! 1-2-3! Temerario picks up the third and deciding fall with only thirty five seconds left in the round!
SETTING PMLL ABLAZE
Mandeville Nelson takes the stage and mentions that PMLL has been in negotiations with big names all around the world and here now is one of those names. Bryan Blaze walks out to a pop, holds his arm up to thank them and stands next to Mandy. The Nova Scotia middleweight says he's been semi-retired and thinking long and hard about what his next move is. He goes on to say that PMLL struck a chord with him when he heard they'd be touring the US, Canada and Mexico. He'll be thirty five years old in November and knows his days are winding down... so he's going to make the most of it! The fans cheered as Nelson wrapped up the interview. Suddenly, the group of dancing eggs came out on the stage and grooved along to Blaze's theme. Visibly amused by the scene, Blaze cracked a smile before one of the eggs cracked him! Blaze went down and the egg continued stomping him while the others kept on dancing, making quite a bizarre scene. Nelson tried to break things up, but the egg shoved him aside and then tried to wrestle the ridiculous costume off his person. Blaze began crawling away, but the egg suit finally came off to reveal JASON CASHE?! There was a slight pop for the DiOGee, who went charging right back for Blaze... but the Canadian caught him with a right! Stage hands and security piled out, separating the two men before any further escalation could occur. The Chicago crowd chanted to let them fight, but they would not!

BILLY DANIELSON & AJ KNIGHT defend vs. RED TIGER KID & NAOKI OJIMA

BILLY DANIELSON & AJ KNIGHT defend vs. RED TIGER KID & NAOKI OJIMA
2 FALLS TO A FINISH - 30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
The first ever title bout in PMLL was an interesting one to say the least! The champions came into their first defense looking to make a statement, having won the belts from GRIM & Falcon Hamada of the Demon Brigade in Japan. Red Tiger Kid and Naoki Ojima took control early on, utilizing their quickness and some dazzling mat work respectively. Highlights include first year rookie Ojima showing some tremendous skill - nailing a crossbody splash on AJ, then dumping him with a Northern Lights suplex before transitioning it into a a crash landing style suplex. RTK would try a reverse hurracanrana on Danielson, but the strong Chicago native held onto his legs and looked poised to drop him electric chair-style onto the mat... but Ojima rescued him with a dropkick to Billy's chest allowing the move to go off as planned. Danielson and AJ would strike back, riling up RTK enough during a beatdown of Ojima that they were able to draw him into the ring, Smalltooth Jones intercepted him and ordered him back to his corner, allowing Danielson to dump Ojima out to the floor (an automatic tag AND minor foul, if seen) so that he and AJ could freely beat on him. RTK was persistent, but Jones would not let him pass so he leapt up onto the top rope and literally ran the ropes before diving onto everyone to save his teammate! As Jones' count neared ten - AJ slid in slowly, Kid was propped against the apron... Ojima sat up and dug deep to give Kid a boost, pushing him up and in. Kid found his way to his feet and right into an AJ Knight superkick to give the champions the first fall at 7:02.
Ojima checked on Kid during the rest period, but got shoved away. Ojima apologized, but said they were going to be counted out if he didn't do what he did. Kid shook his head and told his partner to focus on the second fall. Ojima took the fight to Danielson and AJ in the opening minutes of the second fall, but the champions were able to keep him from tagging out and slowly wore the young Japanese wrestler down. Kid pleaded with Ojima to tag him when he was close and the Emerald Tiger tried to drag himself closer, but Danielson intercepted him and yanked him back. Ojima managed to kick Danielson off, but AJ tagged himself in the process and upon seeing that Knight was hot on his tail, Ojima turned around and dropkicked him instead of tagging. Danielson took advantage of the ten second grace period on tags and grabbed Ojima from behind and threw him into RTK. Mandeville Nelson pointed out that the contact would've technically been a tag, but RTK fell to the floor - making Ojima the legal man once again. With no one to save Ojima, Danielson put him up in the torture rack and submitted him!
Post-match, the champs were joined at ringside by Chris Constantine, Jr and each held up two fingers as they cackled and posed for photographs inside the ring. Kid got up off the floor and started into the ring to check on Ojima, but opted not to. He started walking up the aisle, but turned back around, heading back to the ring. Ojima got up to his knees and the two had a tense stare down. Nelson said the champions indeed made a statement - winning their first defense in two straight falls and wondered if such a defeat had fractured the team of Tigers.

WORLD'S HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE
TITLE vs. CAREER
HAMMERSTEIN defends vs. ELI BUCHANAN
1 FALL TO A FINISH - NO TIME LIMIT
1 FALL TO A FINISH - NO TIME LIMIT
MANDEVILLE NELSON
Our first main event here in Pollomania Lucha Libre and it is a doozy! A wager match! Lucha de apuesta! Whatever you prefer to call it, it is about to happen. Eli Buchanan puts his career on the line for a shot at Hammerstein's World Heavyweight title. It is a heated personal battle that goes beyond the career and championship accolades, these two men are family - brother-in-laws and some nine months ago were tag team champions in Lion's Road. Clearly a lot has been fractured this past year, particularly Hammer's trust and love of Eli Buchanan. I will be the first man to tell you that Eli Buchanan is no saint, but the man has done quite a bit to make amends with Jacob Hammerstein... but he just will not have any of it. That leads us to this and if you tuned in late, PMLL President Super Pollo said this will be falls count anywhere... so the match can end wherever this match happens to go!
Eli Buchanan stands on the elevated ramp, back to the ropes awaiting the arrival of his brother-in-law and PMLL Heavyweight Champion, Hammerstein. Accompanied by his "American Monster" theme by Everclear, the champ walks out and spots Eli waiting for him... and smirks, he turns to a nearby camera and says, "I'm surprised he's not attacking me from behind!" before trotting down the entrance ramp. Halfway there, he drops the belt and charges...
AND ELI MEETS HIM HALFWAY!
MANDEVILLE NELSON
Fists are flying high here in the Windy City! We have got ourselves a brawl!
The two trade shots back and forth until Ham gets a knee up, doubling Buchanan over. He shoves him against the ropes and backs up a bit, creating some room to sprint forward and seems to be looking for a lariat... but Eli back drops him over the ropes to the inside of the ring! Hammer lands hard, arching his back as he rolls onto his side... then gets up just in time to eat a slingshot plancha from the former Tiger Mask Red! Buchanan doesn't try to cover, opting instead to crawl to the ropes and claw his way back to his feet. Hammer climbs back to his feet also and the two greet each other back on a vertical base. Hammer waylays him with a right, wobbling the challenger enough that the champion is able to grab him and unceremoniously dumps him over the top rope and onto the apron! Hammer springs off the ropes...
POUNCE!
MANDEVILLE NELSON
Hammerstein with no regard for his own brother-in-law's safety, sending him into the steel guardrail at high speed with that devastating shoulder tackle!
Hammer turns and gestures to the crowd, garnering a mixed reaction as Eli slowly recovers - having more or less clung onto the guardrail when he hit. Hammer rolls out the adjacent side of the ring so as to sneak up behind his challenger, grabs him by the head and slams him into the railing! Buchanan falls to his knees, alternating between trying to slink away and clutching his head. Hammer yells at him, "COWER AWAY! COWARD!" before hauling him back to his feet and slamming him off the ring apron. Buchanan again falls to his knees and starts trying to dip under the ring, but Hammer says uh-uh and grabs a leg to pull him out.
A POOL CUE SHOT!
MANDEVILLE NELSON
Oh, sure. PMLL's first night out and we're going to have bingo hall jokes already.
Hammer stumbles away and Eli gets to his knees, brandishing the cue like a sword... whacking Hammer each time he gets close! Finally, Hammer wises up and decides to go the opposite way and grabs a chair from the timekeeper's area. He carries it not unlike a shield, but instead of trying to ward off Eli's attack - he goes full bore right into him with a chair assisted pounce! The cue and Eli both go flying, Hammer ditches the chair and pummels on Eli, not attempting a pin. He grabs his hair and yanks him to his feet and throws him backwards into the guardrail. Hammer mouths off a fan in the front row and then grabs Eli's wrist, trying to Irish whip him but Buchanan reverses...
EXPLODER SUPLEX!
Upside down into the guardrail goes Jacob Hammerstein, Eli Buchanan is unable to follow up as he lays on his back, looking up at the lights. Buchanan rolls onto his hands and knees, then reaches underneath the ring - pulling out a table! The fans roar with approval! Buchanan slides it completely out from under the apron, then reaches down to secure a grip on it and lifts it - using it to prop him and his wobbly legs...
SPEAR BY HAMMERSTEIN!
MANDEVILLE NELSON
He just broke him in half! He had to have broken him in half!
A replay shows the table blistering into pieces and the running attack sending the challenger down to the floor in a hurry. Shards of the table litter the ringside area and the stage hands do their best to clear the area up, but Hammer grabs a piece...
AND DIGS IT INTO ELI'S HEAD!
The fans are torn between a pop and a gasp as Buchanan grabs Hammer's wrist while crying out in pain, he manages to lift the champion's arm as blood trickles down his face. Eli does a sudden jolt, sending the top end of the piece up into Hammer's face! The World's Champion falls back in a hurry, clutching his face and squirming in pain. Eli turns around and shows some concern, he goes to grab Hammer's arm... but eats an elbow! Hammer gets up laughing, but Eli comes back with a right hand! Hammer stumbles back against the guardrail, Eli goes for a second right hand... but Hammer traps it! Eli tries the left, but Hammer interrupts it with a headbutt and traps the left arm as well. With nowhere to go, the American Monster smiles at his challenger and unleashes a rapid fire series of headbutts! The champion releases Buchanan, who falls to the floor - bleeding even more. Hammer can't even begin to follow up, as his brains are scrambled from the shots! He teeters backwards and falls into the security rail, tipping it over!
MANDEVILLE NELSON
Some unadulterated offense from the World's Heavyweight Champion... but at an extreme cost! He took a nasty spill!
Buchanan crawls away, further away from his opponent. He grabs the ring skirt and tries to get up, but falls down. He snatches a steel chair from ringside and uses it to prop himself back up to his feet. He grabs the ropes and hurls himself up onto the apron, then takes a look around to see where Hammerstein is at. Eli grabs the chair and dashes across the apron, throwing the chair at the slowly rising Hammer - who catches it... and eats it! Eli drives his knee into the chair and topples the World's Champion to the ground! Buchanan lands awkwardly and grabs his leg, rolling in pain before frantically crawling over to Hammerstein!

The Chicago crowd cheers as Dr. Scream announces Buchanan as the new World's Heavyweight Champion. The medics and stage hands crowd around, checking both men over before any celebrations can even think of beginning. Buchanan shoos them away, crawling over the guardrail and other rubble toward the ring. He slides in and raises his arms as he gets to his feet, but falls down!
MANDEVILLE NELSON
Eli Buchanan is physically spent! This is a match that promised to take a lot out of both men and it lived up to every bit of that.
Buchanan gets back up, climbs to the top rope and raises his arm, clutching his ribs. He nearly falls off in exhaustion, but catches himself... then grabs his leg in pain. He hobbles a bit before falling against the ropes where he drops to the mat. As Buchanan leans against the middle rope, Hammerstein gets to his knees with disappointment and a bevy of emotion overcoming him. He intercepts referee Smalltooth Jones trying to deliver the World's Heavyweight title to Buchanan, snatching it away. Buchanan hears the commotion and twists around, still leaning against the ropes. Jacob Hammerstein looks longingly at the richest prize in our sport - held by the likes of Julian Cutlass, AJ Knight and David Troy... then looks at Eli. Buchanan and Hammer's eyes meet just before Hammer falls to his knees, exhausted. He bows down to Eli as the crowd has hushed, anxious to see what's going to happen. He holds the title out to Eli, who pushes off the ropes and grabs Hammer, pulling him up to his feet. Buchanan says something inaudible, Hammer hangs his head... and the two hug!
MANDEVILLE NELSON
Oh my! The Chicago crowd is eating this up! Reunited at last!
Hammer releases the embrace, raises Eli's arm and pats the title belt before dropping down and rolling out. Hammer watches briefly as Eli holds the belt high above his head, then turns around to see Charlotte Buchanan. Eli's wife hugs Hammer and kisses him on the cheek, then hugs him again before Hammer tells her to go to the ring. Charlotte slides in and jumps into Eli's arms, the crowd cheering once more. Hammer looks back from the entrance, seeing Eli on the second rope with his arms raised. Hammer tearfully bows his head and gives a wave before disappearing into the back. "THANK YOU HAMMER!" begins to be heard and Buchanan encourages it, making it grow louder... Hammerstein walks back out and bows again, but points to Eli in the ring. Holly, Hammer's wife comes out with some medical staff to help Hammerstein to the back.
Eli looks at the belt, then raises it high with one arm and raises his wife's arm with the other as "ELI! ELI! ELI!" chants ring out.
